La Germania offre eccellenti opportunità di ricerca a dottorandi, post-doc e ricercatori internazionali. Le università e i centri di ricerca statali e privati, così come le grandi organizzazioni scientifiche quali la Fondazione Tedesca per la Ricerca (DFG) ed il Servizio Tedesco per lo Scambio Accademico (DAAD), sostengono i ricercatori con delle posizioni di lavoro o delle borse di ricerca. Anche la ricerca industriale e le imprese possono offrire interessanti opportunità di carriera. Numerose aziende hanno infatti attivato delle strette collaborazioni con le università e con i centri di ricerca nell’ambito di attività congiunte di ricerca e sviluppo.

La ricerca in Germania

Trovare l’istituzione adeguata

In Germania si fa ricerca in una gran quantità di istituzioni diverse: università, università di scienze applicate, centri di ricerca extrauniversitari, aziende, istituti di ricerca facenti capo allo Stato e ai Länder. In totale si contano circa 800 istituzioni di ricerca finanziate da fondi pubblici, a cui si aggiungono i numerosi centri di ricerca e sviluppo gestiti dai gruppi industriali.

Finanziare il soggiorno di ricerca

In Germania il sostegno alla ricerca proviene da enti statali, da numerose organizzazioni (tra cui molte delle grandi istituzioni di ricerca extrauniversitarie) e dall’industria. Vi sono numerosi programmi di finanziamento rivolti a dottorandi e ricercatori internazionali.
